About this role

AnaVation seeks a junior Azure Infrastructure as Code engineer to provide Tier 3 technical support for an enterprise digital evidence platform. You'll troubleshoot complex cloud issues, collaborate with development teams, and grow your expertise in Azure, Terraform, and DevOps practices while supporting geographically dispersed users.

What you'll do

  • Serve as Tier 3 escalation point resolving advanced technical issues that lower tiers cannot address
  • Troubleshoot complex problems with digital evidence applications including workflows, integrations, and permissions
  • Investigate defects with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to identify root causes
  • Review application logs and diagnostic data to resolve errors and performance issues
  • Document troubleshooting steps and create internal knowledge base resources
  • Support platform updates, deployments, and configuration changes with validation assistance
