What you'll do

  • Administer lifecycle systems (Arena PLM) including release structures, part numbering, revision workflows, and deployment baselines
  • Coordinate deployment and commissioning workflows including FAT/SAT activities, readiness checklists, and operational handoff records
  • Execute Blueprint infrastructure program workstreams with cross-functional stakeholder coordination and milestone tracking
  • Maintain operational documentation repositories, templates, and standards for commissioning, deployment, and lifecycle processes
  • Support asset tracking, commissioning records, and operational lineage visibility across deployed AISF systems
  • Onboard teams to operational practices and ensure lightweight workflows remain practical and consistently adopted
