About this role
Linear seeks a Solutions Engineer to be the technical backbone for high-value prospects and customers, delivering complex demos, migrations, and integrations while enabling the sales team through best-practice documentation and training.
What you'll do
- Deliver technical presentations and deep-dive demos showcasing Linear's architecture and integration patterns to engineering and executive stakeholders
- Design and execute large-scale migrations, custom configurations, and API integrations with proactive troubleshooting
- Build and maintain demo environments that reflect enterprise workflows, with realistic data and feature toggles for sales enablement
- Develop technical training materials and train-the-trainer sessions to accelerate new sales hire onboarding
- Act as primary technical resource for strategic accounts, partnering with Customer Success on post-sale adoption and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot production issues and architect tailored solutions based on customer technical challenges
