About this role

Locus Robotics seeks an Onsite Support Engineer to manage the Array autonomous picking system at a Louisville customer site during evening shifts (2:30PM-11PM ET). You'll ensure operational stability, troubleshoot robotics hardware/software, validate system performance, and bridge communication between customer operations and internal product teams.

What you'll do

  • Own Array system performance, stability, and daily operational success at the customer site
  • Monitor robot activity, task execution, and system health; troubleshoot and repair hardware as needed
  • Optimize workflows and manage tasks to achieve throughput targets and operational KPIs
  • Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis to support product development
  • Compile and analyze operational data (throughput, UPH, utilization) to generate actionable insights
  • Liaison between customer operations and internal teams; help develop SOPs and deployment playbooks
