About this role
Locus Robotics seeks an Onsite Support Engineer to serve as the on-location technical owner of their AI-powered robotic fleet at a customer warehouse in North East, MD. You'll combine hands-on troubleshooting, operational optimization, and customer relationship management to maximize robot uptime and performance while supporting continuous product improvement.
What you'll do
- Monitor and maintain Locus robotic fleet health, activity, and performance to maximize uptime and operational stability
- Troubleshoot and repair robots onsite to resolve issues and maintain system reliability
- Optimize workflows and manage operational KPIs to achieve throughput targets
- Conduct testing, validation, and performance analysis to inform product development
- Analyze operational data (throughput, UPH, utilization) and generate actionable improvement recommendations
- Act as liaison between customer operations and internal teams to communicate issues and opportunities
