About this role
Locus Robotics seeks an Onsite Support Engineer to manage and optimize an autonomous robotic fleet at a customer site in Las Vegas. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, monitor system performance, analyze operational data, and serve as the primary liaison between customer operations and the company's internal teams.
What you'll do
- Monitor robotic fleet health, activity, and task execution to maximize uptime and operational performance
- Perform hands-on robot troubleshooting and repairs to maintain system stability
- Optimize workflows to meet throughput targets and operational KPIs
- Conduct onsite testing and performance analysis to support product development
- Analyze operational data (throughput, UPH, utilization) and provide actionable insights
- Act as liaison between customer operations and internal teams; develop standard operating procedures
