About this role

Locus Robotics seeks an Onsite Support Engineer to manage day-to-day operations of their Array autonomous picking system at a Louisville, KY customer site. You'll monitor robot performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, validate system capabilities, and bridge communication between customer operations and internal engineering teams during the product's Alpha-to-GA evolution.

What you'll do

  • Own onsite Array system performance and operational stability, ensuring daily success and uptime
  • Monitor robot activity, task execution, and workflow management; troubleshoot and repair robots as needed
  • Optimize workflows and analyze operational data (throughput, UPH, utilization) to drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct onsite testing and validation to support product development and gather structured feedback
  • Act as liaison between customer operations and internal Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
  • Help develop standard operating procedures and repeatable deployment models for future Array rollouts
