About this role
Join Lorikeet's founding GTM team as a GTM Engineer reporting to the CRO. You'll architect and operate an AI-native go-to-market stack, building automation workflows and intelligence systems that turn market signal into qualified pipeline while shaping commercial strategy alongside leadership.
What you'll do
- Design and operate the GTM tech stack (Clay, HubSpot, Claude) with full ownership over data flows and tool integration decisions
- Build AI-powered pipeline workflows including enrichment, intent-triggered outreach, lead routing, and agentic personalization at scale
- Develop ICP scoring models, intent signals, and segmentation logic to improve outbound precision
- Maintain CRM data quality through systematic deduplication, enrichment pipelines, and lifecycle stage automation
- Create dashboards connecting GTM activity to revenue outcomes for board-level reporting
- Partner with CRO on data-backed GTM strategy recommendations for ICP, segmentation, and territory design
