About this role

Lead new product introduction and engineering changes for exterior systems at Lucid's Casa Grande manufacturing facility. This role manages the end-to-end launch of vehicle exterior components and updates, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure flawless production readiness and risk mitigation from development through start of production.

What you'll do

Execute new product introduction activities including pre-validation builds, pre-production phases, and start of production launches for exterior systems
Coordinate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align on materials, processes, and production readiness
Identify, track, and resolve technical and operational risks before they impact production
Support engineering changes and modifications to exterior components and systems
Conduct design reviews and feasibility assessments for manufacturability
Document and communicate launch plans, milestones, and status across stakeholder groups
