About this role

Mach Industries, a rapidly growing defense technology company, seeks a New Graduate Mechanical Engineer to design and prototype mechanical and electromechanical systems for next-generation autonomous defense platforms. You'll work hands-on from CAD concepts through production, collaborating across disciplines to develop innovative, manufacturable hardware.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop subsystem-level hardware from CAD concepts through functional prototypes to mass production
  • Integrate mechanical systems with sensors, actuators, and embedded control hardware
  • Conduct hands-on testing, design validation, and hardware iteration based on performance feedback
  • Drive manufacturability decisions, part selection, and tolerance stack-up for scalable production
  • Apply mechanical fundamentals (thermal, structural, materials) to create robust, lightweight designs
  • Perform analytical modeling and simulation to evaluate performance and support design trade studies
