About this role

Mach Industries is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the industrialization of its defense technology products for high-rate production. This role involves collaborating with design and production teams to establish efficient manufacturing processes that meet quality standards.

What you'll do

  • Manage production processes from build readiness to steady-state manufacturing.
  • Design and qualify tools, fixtures, and equipment for repeatable builds.
  • Create and release controlled work instructions and quality gates.
  • Optimize Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Assembly processes.
  • Support daily production and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
  • Travel to oversee equipment setup and manufacturing trials.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD models.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with quality systems and inspection methods.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cross-functional teamwork.
