The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring reliability and efficiency in high-rate production environments.

What you'll do

• Oversee production planning from prototypes to mass production
• Design manufacturing systems for optimal performance
• Drive product design optimization for manufacturing
• Create and manage manufacturing launch schedules
• Conduct cross-functional make vs. buy studies
• Lead virtual build events and ensure manufacturing feasibility

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent
• 3-5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering
• Strong process documentation skills
• Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance analysis
• Hands-on manufacturing experience
• Proficient in CAD software
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
