Supplier Industrialization Engineer

Mach Industries is looking for a Supplier Industrialization Engineer to enhance and qualify the supplier base for their advanced defense technology projects. This role involves collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure suppliers meet production standards and can effectively scale operations.

What you'll do

• Lead supplier qualification and process audits.
• Define critical-to-quality features and inspection methods.
• Oversee supplier industrialization and production readiness.
• Implement supplier quality metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Support process improvements to reduce defects and costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis for supplier nonconformances.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 2+ years in supplier quality or process engineering
• Strong manufacturing process knowledge
• Experience with quality systems and process validation
• Familiarity with aerospace/defense standards
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
