- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- PE license in North Carolina or ability to obtain
- 5+ years in hydraulic engineering
- Knowledge of MicroStation/Geopak/OpenRoads or AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Technical proficiency in hydraulic analyses and stormwater design
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Interest in multimodal transportation design
