About this role
Metron seeks an experienced Software Engineer to design algorithms, simulations, and visualization tools for autonomous robotics systems. You'll work on the full software lifecycle from concept to deployment, leading teams on cutting-edge prototype projects with direct impact on real-world robotic systems.
What you'll do
- Design and develop algorithms and simulations for autonomous robotics applications
- Create visualization tools for robotics systems and autonomous vehicle behavior
- Develop plugins and extensions using Gazebo simulation software
- Lead project teams through concept, design, and demonstration phases
- Write maintainable, extensible code with performance optimization and complexity analysis
- Integrate innovative solutions from mathematics, physics, and engineering domains
