About this role

Build Middesk's outbound growth engine using AI and modern tools to reach target buyers with precision. You'll design and optimize account-based marketing, personalization workflows, and SDR partnerships while experimenting with creative GTM strategies that break through the noise.

What you'll do

  • Design and execute outbound growth programs across ABM, email, LinkedIn, events, and targeted campaigns
  • Build AI-enabled prospect research and personalization workflows that scale with specificity
  • Partner with SDR team to create systems and messaging that improve sales effectiveness
  • Develop segmentation, targeting, and account intelligence infrastructure using real signal
  • Track, analyze, and optimize outbound performance metrics across channels
  • Run creative GTM experiments and event-based campaigns to generate breakout moments
