Delivery Engineer
About this role
Mixpanel seeks a Delivery Engineer to lead post-sales onboarding and data health for enterprise clients, ensuring successful product analytics adoption and integration into customers' data ecosystems. You'll combine project management expertise with technical depth to deliver consultative services, manage complex implementations, and help customers leverage AI-powered analytics workflows.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding and data health for strategic clients, including data quality optimization and tech stack integration
- Consult with prospects and customers to define business goals, metrics, and data architecture aligned with project outcomes
- Execute technical onboarding with engineering, product, and marketing teams to optimize deployments and ensure data trust
- Deliver data architecture consultations, adoption strategies, and change management best practices
- Build and implement AI automations to help customers manage data at scale and integrate agentic workflows
- Manage project timelines and scope while serving as technical sponsor between customers and Mixpanel product teams

- Data querying, modeling, and transformation (SQL, dbt, Python, or BI tools)
- Cloud data warehouses (Google Cloud, AWS Redshift, Azure)
- Product analytics implementation (SDKs, CDPs, Event Streaming, Reverse ETL)

- AI/ML integration and prompt engineering with MCP servers
