About this role

Mobius seeks a systems engineer with 12+ years of experience to support the Missile Defense Agency's counter-countermeasure and threat discrimination initiatives. You'll analyze radar capabilities, develop electronic protection solutions, and help enhance the Missile Defense System's ability to identify lethal objects.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical analysis and scientific support to MDA's Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate
  • Develop and evaluate options for improving Missile Defense System discrimination and electronic protection capabilities
  • Conduct systems engineering analysis including requirements development, concepts of operations, and integrated schedules
  • Perform technical performance assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Create and validate electronic attack/protection modeling to support analysis and requirements
  • Develop technology maturation plans for potential technology transition to program offices
