About this role

Mobius seeks a Flight Test Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency's flight test operations for the Space Based Interceptor program in Huntsville, AL. You'll provide technical and programmatic support as either a Flight Test Execution specialist or System Mission Manager assistant, managing mission documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting all phases of test planning and execution.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain mission documentation including checklists, test procedures, and operational schedules
  • Provide real-time mission updates and direct on-console support to Mission Execution Team leadership during test events
  • Coordinate test planning, training, and execution across Tier 1/2/3 test environments per Flight Test CONOPS
  • Prepare decision-quality briefings and executive materials for senior reviews and milestone meetings
  • Perform pre- and post-event analysis, capture lessons learned, and support panel reviews
  • Facilitate stakeholder coordination across multi-disciplinary teams to resolve issues and de-conflict schedules
