About this role

Mobius seeks a Requirements Systems Engineer to support the National Reconnaissance Office's ground enterprise programs involving overhead persistent infrared and space-based systems. The role focuses on requirements management, systems engineering, stakeholder coordination, and change management across complex DoD/intelligence acquisition programs.

What you'll do

  • Manage requirements, traceability, and verification using DOORS and similar tools
  • Monitor project timelines and resolve conflicts to maintain alignment with organizational priorities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, solution owners, and program managers on requirements and interdependencies
  • Support analysis of specifications, Interface Control Documents, APIs, and CDRLs for completeness and traceability
  • Facilitate cross-thread integration and coordination across multiple program threads
  • Support change management processes including RFC submissions to Engineering Review Boards
