Mobius seeks an experienced Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL to manage spectrum lifecycle operations including system certification, frequency authorization, and interference resolution for federal mission-critical programs. The role involves technical risk assessment, design review support, and coordination across flight, programmatic, and cyber domains.

What you'll do

  • Manage Flight, Technical, Programmatic and Cyber risks through the MDA Risk Working Group
  • Execute technical risk assessments supporting MDA Operational Capacity List decisions
  • Review evidence for technical and cyber risks in system and element requirements and design reviews
  • Support elements in risk development and documentation
  • Coordinate mission execution and disposition of execution risks in daily working group meetings

  • GEMSIS suite tools (Stepstone, HNSWD-O, JSDR, Integrated Spectrum Desktop)

  • Microsoft Office and Teams proficiency
