About this role

Netradyne is seeking a Founding Product Engineer to build a new Physical AI product line that uses computer vision to monitor workplace safety in real-time. You'll own problems end-to-end across edge devices, cloud platforms, and user interfaces while working directly with customers to ship products rapidly.

What you'll do

  • Build cloud ingestion, storage, and real-time event streaming systems for safety data
  • Design and implement multi-tenancy, identity management, and role-based access control
  • Develop operations dashboards, compliance analytics, and safety scoring workflows
  • Create agentic features and conversational interfaces for alert triage and automated coaching
  • Work directly with customers in the field to iterate on features and run pilots
  • Manage infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines across edge and cloud systems
