About this role

Netskope seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to drive sales growth in the Texas territory by building relationships with enterprise customers and technical decision-makers. You'll deliver product demonstrations, lead proof-of-concepts, and serve as the customer advocate while presenting cloud security solutions to C-level executives and architects.

What you'll do

  • Exceed assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth in the territory
  • Present Netskope cloud security architecture and value propositions to senior security leaders and CISOs
  • Design and deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and evaluation test plans with prospects and partners
  • Gather technical requirements and translate customer needs into product solutions
  • Escalate and resolve customer satisfaction issues while serving as primary point of contact
  • Provide competitive intelligence and product feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions

  • Solutions/Systems engineering with 7+ years enterprise experience
  • Technical presentation and communication at executive and architect levels
  • Linux, macOS, and Windows systems administration
  • Mobile device management (MDM/MAM) and iOS/Android platforms
  • Certificate management, key systems, and HSM protocols
  • RFI/RFP response and competitive analysis
  • Proof-of-concept and evaluation process management
  • Public speaking and conference presentation
