About this role
Neural Concept seeks a Solution Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor bridging engineering challenges with AI-powered solutions. You'll own the full pre-sales cycle for enterprise clients in aerospace, automotive, and advanced manufacturing, combining engineering credibility with strategic account leadership to drive adoption and expansion.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery sessions and define AI strategy tailored to each client's engineering workflows and business outcomes
- Create and deliver technically credible, client-specific demos and presentations aligned with strategic vision
- Own Statement of Work creation with deep understanding of technical implementation and workflow transformation
- Drive user adoption across engineering teams, managers, and designers to embed solutions in daily workflows
- Identify and shape expansion opportunities through account knowledge and commercial signals
- Collaborate with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, and Product teams to advance deals and inform roadmap priorities
What they're looking for
- Engineering degree (mechanical, aerospace, automotive, or industrial) with CAD/CAE workflow knowledge
- Python and modern development practices for creating demos and prototypes
- Conceptual understanding of AI and machine learning applied to engineering
- Executive communication and ability to connect engineering problems to strategic outcomes
- Discovery and consultative selling with experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting
- Commercial acumen with proactive opportunity identification and deal structuring
- Technical account management and client relationship building
