About this role
Neural Concept seeks a Solution Engineer to bridge engineering expertise and strategic sales, positioning the company's AI platform to elite engineering teams in automotive, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing. You'll drive pre-sales discovery through deployment, earning trust as a technical advisor who translates complex engineering challenges into concrete AI solutions and shapes long-term account expansion.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery sessions and define AI strategy tailored to each client's engineering workflows and business outcomes
- Create and deliver custom demos and presentations grounded in client CAD/CAE processes and strategic priorities
- Author and co-own Statements of Work, ensuring technical feasibility and commercial alignment
- Run Steering Committees connecting engineering challenges to executive-level outcomes
- Drive user adoption across technical teams and identify expansion opportunities throughout the client lifecycle
- Collaborate with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, and Product teams to advance deals and inform roadmap priorities
What they're looking for
- Engineering degree (mechanical, aerospace, automotive, or industrial) with CAD/CAE workflow knowledge
- AI/machine learning concepts applied to engineering; conceptual understanding and working knowledge of Python
- Executive communication and stakeholder management across engineers, managers, and VPs
- Pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management experience
- Discovery and needs analysis; confident challenging and reframing client assumptions
- AI-assisted prototyping and demo creation using modern development tools
- Commercial acumen and proactive opportunity identification
- Fluent English
