Neuralink seeks a Field Clinical Engineer to support groundbreaking brain-computer interface trials in Austin. You'll work directly with participants and clinical teams to optimize device use, ensure protocol compliance, and bridge engineering with patient care in this pioneering neurotechnology role.

What you'll do

  • Support participant device training, optimization, and troubleshooting during clinical sessions and home use
  • Apply rehabilitation principles (PM&R, OT, PT) to maximize functional outcomes with the BCI system
  • Collaborate with surgeons, investigators, and site staff across all trial phases
  • Collect high-quality, protocol-compliant data while identifying trends and safety signals
  • Support surgical and post-operative workflows including intraoperative sessions
  • Travel to clinical sites as needed and assist with site training and regulatory compliance
