CNC Programmer 3 - Custom Doors Days 1st Shift

About this role

OBE seeks a CNC Programmer 3 to create, maintain, and optimize CNC programs for custom door manufacturing in Terrell, TX. This first-shift role supports efficient fabrication operations through program development, troubleshooting, and shop floor collaboration within a large architectural glass and building products company.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain CNC programs using fabrication drawings, specifications, and CAD software
• Troubleshoot program, tooling, and machine performance issues to ensure quality and efficiency
• Assign production orders based on schedules, machine capacity, and workflow priorities
• Monitor tooling inventory and organize program files, setup sheets, and production documentation
• Support shop floor operations including machine setup, operation, and preventative maintenance
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures while maintaining regular attendance
