About this role

Onebrief seeks a Customer Success Engineer to deploy and support AtomEngine, an AI-powered military simulation platform, in classified and live training environments. You'll configure scenarios, troubleshoot in real-time during exercises, and bridge customer needs with engineering teams while traveling 50% to customer sites.

What you'll do

  • Deploy AtomEngine into classified and air-gapped military training environments
  • Configure entities, behaviors, sensors, and scenarios using AtomEngine tooling and scripting languages
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during high-visibility military exercises
  • Support system integration and connectivity between AtomEngine and partner platforms
  • Translate operational requirements into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams
  • Contribute code improvements using Godot, C++, C#, and Python when not supporting active exercises
