About this role

Onebrief seeks an Outcome Engineer to pioneer AI-powered autonomous software development. You'll architect multi-agent systems, build governance frameworks, and deploy agentic workflows that transform how teams build products—moving from human-constrained backlogs to intelligent, self-healing execution platforms.

What you'll do

  • Design orchestration layers for multi-agent collaboration and complex task execution
  • Build governance engines and guardrails enabling autonomous systems to operate safely
  • Engineer semantic infrastructure (knowledge graphs, vector stores) for agent context and memory
  • Develop evaluation frameworks and formal validation methods for agentic outputs
  • Create self-healing loops connecting observability to autonomous remediation
  • Rapidly prototype and deploy agentic tools to production for internal teams and customers
