About this role

A Solutions Engineer who bridges sales and customer success by delivering product demonstrations, supporting complex sales opportunities, and ensuring customers adopt FluentStream effectively. You'll translate technical details into clear value propositions while working closely with both Account Executives and Growth teams.

What you'll do

  • Conduct customized product demonstrations for prospects and customers aligned with their specific use cases
  • Partner with sales teams to address technical requirements and answer product questions during the sales cycle
  • Complete RFP responses, security questionnaires, and technical documentation to support deals
  • Provide onboarding training for customers with complex programming or integration needs
  • Host customer-facing webinars and educational sessions
  • Support product adoption and ensure customers realize value post-sale
