About this role

OpenAI seeks an AI Success Engineer to serve as the technical post-sales leader for healthcare and life sciences customers, guiding them from initial deployment through scaled adoption while identifying high-impact use cases and driving measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Act as primary technical advisor and trusted partner for enterprise healthcare customers, owning account health and adoption velocity
  • Lead technical enablement sessions on OpenAI products including APIs, ChatGPT Enterprise, and agentic platforms
  • Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams to understand workflows, pain points, and regulatory needs
  • Develop and execute adoption roadmaps with clear milestones, KPIs, and change management strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Engineering to align customer outcomes
  • Measure and communicate impact through baseline establishment, KPI tracking, and post-deployment reporting
