Demo Experience Engineer, Technical Success
About this role
OpenAI seeks a Demo Experience Engineer to bridge frontier AI capabilities and customer understanding by building compelling prototypes, reusable demo systems, and agentic tools that empower customer-facing teams. This role combines product engineering, technical storytelling, and GTM execution to scale demo readiness and translate customer feedback into product improvements.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end demo readiness for new product capabilities, including environments, integrations, synthetic data, evaluations, and reliability checks
- Build prototypes, LLM agents, and reference flows that translate complex capabilities into tangible customer outcomes
- Convert recurring customer needs into reusable accelerators like companion apps, templates, and self-service demo packages
- Collaborate with GTM partners on high-impact customer moments and identify scalable patterns from recurring needs
- Build internal agentic systems to automate demo preparation, validation, and asset maintenance
- Translate customer feedback into product insights and launch-readiness priorities
