Full Stack Software Engineer, GTM Innovation

About this role

OpenAI seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the GTM Innovation team, building AI-powered applications that enhance sales and customer success workflows. You'll work directly with go-to-market teams to prototype, ship, and maintain products leveraging OpenAI's API, moving quickly from concept to production while gathering insights that inform broader product development.

What you'll do

• Develop high-impact applications and tools to accelerate go-to-market initiatives
• Own the full product lifecycle from prototyping through maintenance and iteration
• Partner with Sales, Technical Success, and Revenue Operations teams to understand workflows and identify solutions
• Apply OpenAI's models creatively to solve real-world customer and internal problems
• Translate field learnings into feedback for Applied and Research teams
• Define entirely new categories of enterprise software solutions
