Software Engineer, Internal Applications - Enterprise

About this role

Build internal enterprise applications that streamline IT support and system administration through secure automation and AI-assisted workflows. This role combines frontend and backend engineering to create intuitive interfaces where employees, AI agents, and human operators collaborate on ITSM tasks with proper controls and auditability.

What you'll do

• Design frontend and backend systems for internal support portals where employees request help and operators respond with AI assistance
• Develop agentic systems that understand tickets, gather context, execute safe actions, and escalate when needed
• Replace manual privileged actions with narrow, policy-aware, auditable automation to reduce security risk
• Build reusable APIs and tools for secure execution across enterprise systems aligned with Zero Trust principles
• Partner with IT, Security, and business teams to identify software solutions that reduce operational friction and risk
• Strengthen monitoring, observability, and incident readiness for internal applications
