About this role

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise websites on Adobe Experience Manager while driving AI/ML innovation and automation. This role combines delivery management with hands-on technical expertise in Python, AI model integration, and prompt engineering to shape next-generation digital experiences for a global healthcare organization.

What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams across global markets to launch AEM-based websites on time, within scope, and compliant with regulatory and accessibility standards
  • Define and enforce delivery workflows including intake processes, QA standards, and go-live readiness criteria across all projects
  • Develop Python automation scripts to streamline content migration, metadata enrichment, QA validation, and reporting workflows
  • Design and fine-tune AI/ML models for automated content tagging, intelligent content generation, predictive analytics, and asset optimization
  • Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows integrating LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) with AEM via OpenAI, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock APIs
  • Mentor distributed team of developers, content authors, and QA specialists while maintaining hands-on AEM expertise across Sites, Assets, and Cloud Service
