Orion Innovation seeks an experienced Dynatrace Engineer to lead the implementation and configuration of the Dynatrace observability platform, establishing enterprise-wide monitoring standards and enabling end-to-end visibility across applications, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines. The role involves assessing current monitoring environments, instrumenting pilot applications, integrating with DevOps workflows, and delivering dashboards and operational metrics to support digital transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Assess current monitoring and observability environments, identifying gaps and maturity levels
  • Install, configure, and administer Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, management zones, dashboards, and alerting
  • Instrument applications with distributed tracing, APM, metrics, and log collection using Dynatrace best practices
  • Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines to enable deployment validation and quality gates
  • Develop dashboards and define SLIs, SLOs, KPIs, and alerting standards for stakeholders
  • Conduct onboarding workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with application and operations teams
