Orion Innovation seeks an experienced RPA Developer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate. You'll design, build, and integrate robotic process automation solutions across the full software development lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain RPA automation solutions using industry-leading platforms
  • Design and document technical solutions with clear Solution Design Documents
  • Integrate automation systems with web apps, desktop applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
  • Debug failures, analyze logs, and identify root causes in automated processes
  • Train non-technical stakeholders on automation processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations
