About this role
Outset Medical seeks a Field Service Engineer II to install, maintain, and repair Tablo Hemodialysis Systems across clinical and home settings in the Atlanta area. This role combines hands-on technical troubleshooting with customer support and cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimal dialysis system performance and drive continuous product improvement.
What you'll do
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities and patient homes
- Perform preventative maintenance including calibrations, hardware/software upgrades, and system verification
- Deliver first and second-level technical support to customers, including after-hours coverage
- Document service activities in the ERP system and maintain accurate spares inventory records
- Act as a technical subject matter expert, supporting internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide detailed feedback to R&D on product performance, serviceability, and customer concerns
