Forward Deployed Product Engineer

Pallet is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Engineer to implement AI agents for global logistics leaders. This role will involve direct customer engagement, debugging systems, and creating integrations within complex environments, driving tangible business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Reverse engineer undocumented systems and APIs.
• Design integrations between customer systems and AI platform.
• Debug production failures in distributed systems.
• Work onsite with customers to resolve issues.
• Manage customer deployments from discovery to production.
• Identify and implement reusable product capabilities.
