Technical Curriculum Developer (Agentic AI for IT Support and Data Analytics)

About this role

Per Scholas seeks a Technical Curriculum Developer to design and deliver a workshop series on Agentic AI applications in IT Support and Data Analytics. This temporary 3-month role combines curriculum design, on-camera instruction, and hands-on workshop creation for entry-level learners, requiring both deep technical expertise and strong teaching ability.

What you'll do

• Design and develop multi-module learning curriculum applying AI tools to IT Support tasks (documentation, troubleshooting, automation) and Data Analytics tasks (data cleaning, analysis, visualization)
• Write scripts and record 5-8 minute instructional videos demonstrating real-time use of GenAI and agentic AI tools across both domains
• Create 30-45 minute hands-on workshops with scenario-based activities and performance-based assessments for each module
• Develop lesson plans, facilitation guides, technical documentation, and learner materials aligned to entry-level roles
• Design real-world scenarios including IT support tickets, system logs, messy datasets, and business analysis cases
• Build progressive curriculum sequencing from GenAI prompting basics to lightweight agentic workflows
