Phantom is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to enhance its trading platforms. The role involves designing APIs and data pipelines, implementing new trading protocols, and collaborating directly with users to shape their trading experiences in a dynamic crypto environment.

What you'll do

• Design and implement APIs and data pipelines for trading systems
• Lead initiatives to support additional blockchains and new products
• Interface directly with end-users and gather product feedback
• Own feature development for web platforms
• Contribute to team culture and support new hires

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
