TechOps Engineer
About this role
Plaid is seeking a TechOps Engineer to own and enhance the internal infrastructure that supports the entire company, including identity management, endpoint configuration, and corporate systems. This role combines hands-on infrastructure engineering with automation and security best practices, requiring someone experienced in macOS fleet management, infrastructure-as-code, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do
- Own Okta configuration including lifecycle policies, access reviews, and MFA enforcement
- Manage macOS endpoint configuration via Iru or Kandji using policy-as-code practices
- Build and maintain automation to reduce repetitive support work
- Evaluate and deploy AI tooling to improve productivity across the company
- Manage SaaS procurement and oversee platforms like Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, and Okta
- Participate in on-call rotation and partner with Engineering and Security teams on cross-functional projects
