About this role
Polymarket seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison between institutional clients and the engineering team. You'll own the onboarding experience for market makers integrating with our APIs, troubleshoot production issues, and translate client feedback into platform improvements.
What you'll do
- Own technical onboarding for institutional clients integrating REST, WebSocket, and order entry APIs
- Serve as primary technical contact for key partners post-launch, triaging issues and coordinating engineering resolutions
- Create integration guides, code samples, and documentation to accelerate client time-to-live
- Collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize client feedback and feature requests
- Identify API bottlenecks and latency issues proactively; monitor client health and usage patterns
- Support sales on technical due diligence during deal cycles

- FIX protocol or financial data feed familiarity
