About this role

Polymarket is seeking an Integration Engineer to manage the technical onboarding and ongoing support for market makers and institutional partners. This role focuses on debugging integrations, writing documentation, and enhancing partner experiences with Polymarket's trading APIs.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical onboarding for partners from initial API calls to live trading.
  • Serve as the main technical contact for troubleshooting production issues.
  • Create and update integration guides and code samples.
  • Monitor and ensure the health of ongoing partner integrations.
  • Translate partner feedback into actionable improvements for products.
  • Act as a technical liaison between trading firms and in-house engineering.

What they're looking for

  • Experience with trading or exchange APIs (REST, WebSocket).
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with TypeScript.
  • Excellent technical communication skills.
  • Ability to manage technical relationships independently.
  • Understanding of electronic trading fundamentals.
  • Experience in crypto exchanges or DeFi protocols is a plus.
  • Background in client integrations for market makers or HFT firms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with derivatives or prediction markets is a plus.
