About this role
Precision AQ is hiring a SQL Developer II to design and optimize data solutions for healthcare market access clients. You'll work primarily in Microsoft SQL Server building scalable ETL pipelines, complex queries, and data-driven products with minimal oversight and direct business impact.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based data solutions and ETL pipelines for client and product deliverables
- Build and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for performance and scalability
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and rigorous quality checks across large datasets
- Translate business and client requirements into technical SQL solutions with clear documentation
- Partner with Product Delivery, Client Services, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned to client needs
- Own assigned workstreams independently, support production systems, and identify process improvements
