About this role
Precision AQ is seeking a SQL Developer II to design, develop, and optimize data solutions for healthcare market access clients. You'll work primarily in Microsoft SQL Server, owning complex data pipelines and ETL processes with minimal oversight while collaborating across delivery, engineering, and client teams.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based data solutions for client and product deliverables
- Build and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects for performance and scalability
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate, transform, and validate large datasets
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
- Partner with Product Delivery, Client Services, Engineering, and Product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support production systems, resolve data-related issues, and maintain clear documentation of processes and SQL logic
