Probook seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and implement flawless system configurations for home services businesses, translating complex operational workflows into software logic. You'll be the technical architect behind customer success, with your setup quality directly determining retention and revenue impact.
What you'll do
- Engineer zero-defect implementations by configuring systems that integrate with complex customer operations and proactively solving edge cases
- Design technical solutions that translate messy real-world business logic into precise software configurations
- Write detailed documentation and collaborate with the engineering team to surface product gaps and inform roadmap decisions
- Own customer technical outcomes and drive business results through setup quality and operational excellence
- Work with customers to understand their dispatch workflows, pricing logic, and operational requirements
- Use AI tools like Claude to automate workflows and optimize customer configurations
