About this role

Join a fast-growing healthtech startup as a Forward Deployed Engineer, bridging customer needs and engineering on a small team building staffing software for urgent care and emergency medicine. You'll develop full-stack features in TypeScript/React/Node, work directly with clinical customers, and travel frequently to deploy solutions with immediate impact.

What you'll do

  • Build full-stack features using TypeScript, React, Node, Deno, and SQL
  • Gather requirements and iterate rapidly with customers in clinical and operational settings
  • Deploy and operate services on AWS, managing production issues
  • Travel frequently to customer sites for on-site engagements and implementations
  • Contribute to product design and rapid prototyping from concept to shipped code
  • Communicate directly with healthcare teams to understand and solve operational challenges
