Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Profound seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between its AI marketing platform and Fortune 500 clients. You'll write production code, architect custom integrations, and lead technical discussions while building trusted relationships with enterprise customers.

What you'll do

• Design and build custom integrations connecting Profound's platform to enterprise systems
• Write production-quality code in TypeScript, Python, and Next.js for client-specific features
• Lead technical discussions and present architectures to client engineering teams and executives
• Debug complex issues spanning client infrastructure and Profound systems, optimizing for scale
• Conduct technical workshops and build reusable integration components based on client patterns
• Influence product roadmap with field insights and lead enterprise proofs of concept
