About this role
Join a data storage innovator as a Consulting Pre-Sales Systems Engineer supporting a strategic Service Provider account. You'll combine deep technical expertise in storage architectures with business acumen to craft winning solutions, lead technical strategy, and drive large deals to closure while mentoring other engineers.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership alongside SE management for a key Service Provider account
- Develop customer business understanding and connect technology solutions to measurable outcomes
- Partner with account teams and channel partners to create holistic customer strategy and drive revenue growth
- Lead presentations, solution demos, and executive briefing sessions; author RFP/RFQ responses
- Capture requirements, translate business needs into innovative solutions, and mentor other Systems Engineers
- Stay current with market trends, competitive positioning, and conduct performance/interoperability testing validation
